My Flying Crank Ghost.  It was not very expensive to build.  I used 2x4s to make a T frame, some cheap pulleys from Home Depot, and a 13.5 RPM gear motor.  The ghost is made using a Plastic Skull from Spencer's and some coat hangers to make double jointed arms.  I used 2 packages of cheesecloth from Michaels.  When I get it down as Halloween 2006 approaches I will get some pictures and detail the construction more.
